Here Comes Summer
During August, most of our groups take a well earned break to get ready for a September start. The cafe also closes for the whole of August for holidays and maintenance work. The hut, the hall and the cafe are all scheduled to have work done during the summer, so people who attend the groups that do continue, like WeightWatchers, Slimming World and FitKidz may find that they are meeting a different room for a week or two.
In September, we have exciting new activities planned - like Cafe Church and Boys' Brigade. Details will be posted in August.
Summer Services
Over the summer we will be looking into Luke’s Gospel. To help us to do this we will be using the DVD ‘Luke Street’ which is narrated by the late great Roy Castle.

Most of the services will be all-age but in some we will take the children out during the sermon. To get the most out of the summer why not read through Luke’s Gospel. Read a chapter a day during the week and then concentrate on the passages below which we will look at on the Sundays. Crowded House Luke 5:17-26 |
